The Franklin Farmhouse of Franklin, TN

The location is perfect. Very easy to get to Nashville, and experience Franklin. Mark was responsive and pleasant to speak to. The bed was comfortable, and parking was easy. I recommend it!

The Franklin Farmhouse was spacious, yet cozy with lots of extra touches to make you feel at home. Mark and his family were welcoming and helpful but left us to our own activities as well. Nashville was only a few minutes away so we could go enjoy the sights and return to quiet. The farmhouse was comfortable and the amenities plentiful. My husband loved going out to watch and record the chickens and the fresh eggs were a lovely bonus with our breakfast.

Great place to stay for a couple! Positive: We loved the coziness of the guesthouse. Perfect for a weekend getaway for 2. Negative: Since it was the guesthouse, it was a little uncomfortable for us personally to be so close to the main house and using the homeowners' driveway, but that had nothing to do with the owners at all, just personal feelings of being in the owners' space. Mark was a very kind man and although we didn't get to meet Loren, they had the house prepared with all the essentials, and were very considerate

Mark is always a great host. The unit is spacious and clean with all of the amenities. We will continue to choose this place on our trips to Nashville
